Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This policy explains what information Auraste collects when you visit our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

Auraste is a brand operated by Safyre Group Inc (“Auraste,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the website at auraste.co. If you have questions about it, you can reach us at privacy@auraste.co.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you join our list or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your email address, and any name or message you include in a form. We use our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit), to manage these signups.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit we may automatically receive limited technical information — such as your device and browser type, general location inferred from your IP address, the pages you view, and how you arrived. Some of this is collected through cookies and analytics, and only with your consent where required (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

How we use it

  • To send you brand and launch updates you’ve asked to receive.
  • To respond to questions, press inquiries, and messages you send us.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our list, and only as needed to do so:

  • Kit (ConvertKit) — email signup and newsletter delivery.
  • Tally — forms you choose to fill out, such as our feedback form.
  • Zapier — securely passing form responses between the tools above.
  • Google (Sheets) — secure storage of the form responses you submit.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — website usage measurement, when you consent.
  • Webflow — website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our legal rights. If the business is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. When you first visit, you’ll see a banner letting you accept or decline analytics. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the consent cookie in your browser, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you’re subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, after which we remove or de-identify it within a reasonable period. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings.

How we safeguard it

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to keep your information secure. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce the risk.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information.

If you’re in California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. You won’t be treated differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, email privacy@auraste.co.

If you’re in the EEA or UK (GDPR/UK-GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We rely on your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, and on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We operate from the United States, and the information we collect is processed there. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We don’t direct it to children and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Other sites we link to

Our site links to places like Instagram and TikTok. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn’t cover them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be made clear on this page.
